These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of LX 2.0 (the "Software"), the accompanying dashboard, Discord support, and any related services provided by us (collectively, the "Service"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately and request account termination via our Discord.
This product is only meant for usage on single-player game modes, we do not take responsibility for any harmful usage of this product.
1. License grant
Upon activation of a valid license key, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on a single machine identified by its hardware fingerprint (HWID). The license is valid for the duration you purchased (weekly, monthly, or lifetime) and is bound to the Discord account that redeemed it.
Your license is your license. Sharing your credentials, license key, or loader binary with any third party is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate termination without refund.
2. Prohibited conduct
The following are strictly prohibited. Violation results in immediate, permanent ban across all products, forfeiture of remaining license time, and permanent HWID/IP blacklist. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
- Account sharing. Sharing your dashboard credentials, license key, session token, or loader binary with any other person. Every download and every login is logged and tied to your Discord ID.
- Reverse engineering. Attempting to disassemble, decompile, unpack, patch, hex-edit, or otherwise reverse the Software or any of its components.
- Cracking or bypass attempts. Attempting to defeat, circumvent, or tamper with any licensing, authentication, integrity check, anti-debug, or anti-tamper mechanism.
- Redistribution. Hosting, uploading, mirroring, torrenting, or otherwise distributing the loader, any binary, any offset dump, or any other artefact of the Service. This includes "leaks", cracked builds, and paid resale.
- Resale or brokerage. Selling, renting, sublicensing, or otherwise transferring your license to a third party. Reselling for a discount, "trading", and gifting an active session are all treated as resale.
- Automated abuse. Using bots, scripts, or macros to interact with the dashboard, Discord bot, or any auth endpoint outside of the intended user flow.
- Chargeback abuse. Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback while retaining access to the Service. Any successful chargeback is treated as theft and blacklists the buyer permanently.
- Impersonation. Pretending to be staff, misrepresenting your affiliation with LX 2.0, or falsely claiming to be an authorised reseller.
- Illegal activity. Using the Software in furtherance of any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the sole right to determine whether conduct constitutes a violation. Enforcement is at our discretion and is final.
3. Hardware binding
Each license is bound to a hardware fingerprint on the machine of first use. Moving the license to a new machine requires opening a support ticket and is granted at our discretion, typically no more than once per calendar month. Repeated HWID reset requests, or reset requests that coincide with suspicious activity, may be denied.
4. Payments and refunds
- All sales are final. Once a license key has been generated and delivered, it is considered used whether or not you have redeemed it.
- Refunds may be granted at our discretion within 24 hours of purchase, and only if the license has not been redeemed and no violation of these Terms has occurred.
- Chargebacks initiated without prior contact will result in permanent blacklist and a debt collection notice.
5. Availability and warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantee that:
- The Software will remain undetected against any specific anti-cheat system, at any specific point in time, on any specific FiveM server.
- Bans or restrictions imposed by third-party servers, anti-cheats, or FiveM itself will not occur or will be reversed.
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
You use the Software entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for account bans, hardware bans, IP bans, or any other consequence arising from your use of the Service.
6. Security, integrity, and telemetry
To protect the Service and its userbase against abuse, cracking, and unauthorised redistribution, the Software includes multiple automated integrity, anti-debug, and anti-tamper checks. These checks run locally on your machine and report their results to our auth server as part of the normal authentication flow.
By using the Service you acknowledge and consent to the collection of the following diagnostic information: your public IP address, the hardware fingerprint of the machine running the loader, the Discord identity linked to your account, timestamps of every authentication and heartbeat event, and integrity signals from the loader. This information is used strictly for licensing, fraud prevention, and moderation purposes, and is retained no longer than necessary. In the event that our security systems detect a potential attempt to debug, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Software, additional diagnostic information, which may include a screenshot of the user's screen at the moment of detection, may be recorded and transmitted to our staff for review. This measure exists solely to identify and respond to abuse and applies only to detected tamper events; ordinary use of the Software does not trigger it.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except where compelled to do so by lawful order.
7. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in behaviour that harms the Service or its users, or otherwise acted in bad faith. Terminated accounts forfeit any remaining license time and are not entitled to a refund.
8. Changes to the Service
We may add, modify, or remove features, pricing tiers, payment methods, or supported FiveM servers at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes acceptance of the change.
9. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced in our Discord. The Last updated date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Contact
Questions, disputes, refund requests, and HWID reset requests must be submitted via a support ticket in our Discord server. Requests sent through other channels may not receive a response.
